Snack
1 apple
1 package of string cheese

Lunch
Chopped salad w/Italian dressing
Small Green Tea (12oz)
4pm
snack
Vanilla reduce fat Ice Cream Cone
8pm 
Dinner
Protein Shake 4oz (mixed berry)

My food goal is to eat 3 meals with 2 snacks by 7pm…Today I did not meet that goal, but tomorrow is a NEW DAY!!!!
