Today was a better day for me. I got over my hump day and decided to get back on my hoarse, starting with my nutrition. Nutrition is very important when it comes down to losing weight. If you are eating whatever you want while you are exercising at a high activity level you are just maintaining your weight. So, I decided to get on track with my nutrition and to start exercising on the 1st of April, which is SUNDAY!!!!! I also joined calorie count to help me keep track of ALL MY MEALS and at the end of the day calorie count will tell me how many calories I consumed for the day and what I can do to lower my calorie intake or increase my calorie intake. Today I one of my consultants quit on me in the middle of a project and it brought my spirits down…so my spirit reminded me when 1 door closes and other 1 opens and then I came across this scripture on this blog call,”When Life Gives you Lemons …Make Lemonade”

The power of one sentence! God can shift things around for you today and let things work in your favor. God closes doors no man can open & God opens doors no man can close. If you need God to open some doors for you just ask.

According to Dr. Oz…your waist line should be half your height, this would put YOU in a HEALTHY STATE. I am 5 foot 4 inches so this puts me at 64 inches in height and if I half that MY waist line should be 32 inches…Well its not, MY WAIST LINE IS 38…WHAT’S YOURS?????
When I went to church yesterday, the sermon was “What is Your Mission in Life????” The sermon made me think about My Journey and how I can Guide Women through there own Journey. While thinking about this more and more; the preacher said, “Be one…Bring one…and Build one” this made a much larger impact on my thought process. To me this meant that MY MISSION has become to Motivate others to start The Journey…Bring one woman at a time into The Journey alongside me and Build a healthier LifeStyle one woman and one day at a time. My Mission in Life is to motivate as many women to join the Journey to become a Better, Healthier Woman!!! If we as Women, make becoming Healthier a LifeStyle, then our families will follow and make that same Change.Loving and teaching our children how to maintain a Healthier LifeStyle definitely makes this Journey worth while!!!!
