Today, I was all amped up to talked about myself and how I have been watching my belly grow over these past 2 months but I came across this video on the Dr. Oz website and I decided to share it with all of you. I know how hard it is to get back on track and to stay on track but, You don’t need a gym membership to get your best body back! It only takes 15 minutes with this miracle workout from fitness guru Shaun T., who is known for the INSANITY Kraz… I think this will be a great start on making progress on getting to that Better Healthier Woman!!!
I have made a PROMISE to myself to exercise 20-30min a day for 3 days and slowly work my way to 4…5…6 days a week and to keep track of what I eat and incorporated all the servings that I need according to the food pyramid.
