Still Blessed…

Blessing Beginnings

Yesterday, I had a follow-up appointment with my ENT (Ears Nose Throat) about my inner disease.Meniere’s disease is an inner ear disorder that affects balance and hearing.  Attacks or episodes of Meniere’s disease often start without warning. menieresThey may occur daily, or as rarely as once a year.  Lately, the noises in my ear have been louder than usual and I have not been able to hear most of the conversations that are being said to me. So, I knew my follow-up had been long over due. According to the doctor when the noises in my ear get abundantly loud I am losing another pitch that I will not be able to hear.Well, in my visit yesterday we talked about hearing aids and hearing test. Before leaving the doctor’s office I made an appointment for a hearing test so we can see if a hearing aid is in order at this time. So, after dropping my husband off at work, and coming home to complete my homework assignment, jumping back up to pick up my kids from school, and picking up my husband from work. We decided to eat out since I had done so much running throughout the day. I was so exhausted and to top it all off I still had to finish my paper that was due. All of a sudden I am hit with a dizzy spell that I have not had  for over a year. Man did this knock me off my feet. So, I took my glasses off and took some Motrin to relax my muscles and went to sleep. Woke up this morning still feeling uneasy so my husband took the kids to school and will get off work early to pick up one of the girls while my bestie picks up the I say all this to say I am blessed to have such a supporting husband, a supporting cousin who is always there to pick up the pieces when I am unable and to have a GOD that is in the blessing business. When the devil is working its hardest to knock me off of the highest faith mountain I know my GOD is blessing me with an increase that I can’t even image.

“Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your GOD; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” Isaiah 41:10
