Exercise is not just about burning calories or losing weight, It can also improve your sleep tremendously. sleepIt’s a vicious cycle. You don’t sleep well, and then the next day you don’t have the energy to exercise. Exercise is an effective, medicine-free way of helping you get a better night’s sleep. I remember yesterday when I started my 5 Circuit Rise and Grind Cardio Workout and oh man did I just want to fall asleep after my workout but exercising in the morning helped me get through my day with no headache, body aches and emotional problems. But when it was time for me to go to sleep, I crashed out and had the best sleep ever.
