Beach Life!!!!

My morning inspiration….Beach life!!!!

beachlifeToday I decided to change my routine up so I hit the beach….Ran up the hill and walked down the hill three times in 30 minutes. My goal is to get to five times in 30 minutes..meaning I am going to need to pick up my speed. This is definitely a challenge but I am on this JOURNEY for the long haul…#healthy lifestyle living
