Jumping Jacks are the perfect choice for a quick and easy cardio move if you’re working out somewhere say, your living room or taking a break during one of your favorite television shows . Do these heart healthy moves as a standalone exercise, or pair them with ankle weights, or hand weights to keep you blood boiling and burn plenty of calories.

According to Kate Brown, ISSA CFT for the, “The real results that come from doing jumping jacks are not exactly seen, but rather felt. Jumping jacks help increase your fast twitch muscle fibers by working the calves, glutes, deltoids, lats The latissimus dorsi meaning ‘broadest muscle of the back’, gracilis is the most superficial muscle on the medial side of the thigh.” Jumping Jacks won’t make these muscles increase in size, but it will make the muscles more powerful.  For all you ladies who have a problem with back fat or bra fat do 100 Jumping Jacks a day and watch your troubles fade away…..
