Meal planningAfter getting off of this 21-day detox I need to make sure that I stick to a nutrition plan…So, I am deciding to follow this 30 day meal plan that was prepared by Women’s Health. Each day I will post a new meal in the 30 day meal plan. I hope this helps you drop some lbs and some inches around your waist.

1500 Calorie Meal Plan

Monday’s Meal

Breakfast
3 Scrambled Eggs
1 large grapefruit

Snack
25 almonds

Lunch
Turkey Wrap
1 apple

Snack
1 piece of string cheese

Dinner
Spicy Chicken and Pasta
Side salad and 2 Tbsp olive oil/vinegar dressing

Tip: If you find yourself getting hungry, hit the produce aisle. Think outside the celery stick: fresh veggies come in all colors, flavors, and crunch levels. Better yet, they fill you up without packing on pounds.
