My take on Spicy Chicken

Ingredients spicy chicken
4 1/2 oz whole wheat spaghetti, uncooked
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 C sliced onion
1 bell pepper
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 lb chicken breast tenders
2 tsp chili powder
2 tsp cumin
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 whole lime
1 whole lemon

Ingredients for spicy marinade
1 whole lime
1/4 cup tequila
1 ounce, Triple Sec
1/2 tbsp Olive Oil
1/4 tsp Cumin
1/2 tsp Chili powder
2 cloves Garlic
2 Serrano Pepper (one with seeds one without)

place all ingredients for marinade in a food processor and then place in a 1 gallon baggie and Marinate Chicken for 2 hours. Then grill.


Cook the pasta according to the package directions seasoning your water with garlic powder, onion powder, 2 garlic cloves and salt; drain. Heat the olive oil in a nonstick skillet. Sauteed slice onion and bell pepper over medium high heat for about 3 minutes. Add cumin, chili powder, salt and pepper to vegetables as well as 1 whole lemon juiced and 1 tbsp of butter cook for 1 minute. Add spaghetti noodles along with the garlic cloves from the water mix well and simmer for another 10 minutes and top with 1 whole lime juiced. Serve over chicken over pasta
