It’s the Little things that can make a difference

steve harveyMorning Inspiration….

Yesterday while I was watching the Steve Harvey talk show he talked about three things that has changed his life dramatically.

1. Dream limitless dreams according to Steve if you dream about things that your money can only afford you are limiting your dreams, so you are supposed to think out side of the box and dream limitless dreams. For example in my non profit organization I put together a fundraiser to raise $5,000.00 all I had to do was ask 100 men to donate $50.00 and I would have $5,000.00 to go towards my non-profit organization to work on my nutritional program and my Women’s Healthy Lifestyle Luncheon…to me that was limitless dreams and even though I did not reach my number for our first year I am striving to reach for the second year.

2. Inch by inch anything is a cinch, when Steve was talking about this saying he explained it by not just going big out the gate you should start off small and then work your way up to the bigger pitcher and before you know you would have surpassed your goal.

3. Life is 10% what happens to you and 90% of what you do about what happens to you. I totally believe this saying because Life is going to happen all of the time whether it is good or bad but the 90% of what you do about Life happening will determine if life will turn out good or bad. So, if you are out there believing what everyone is saying about you and you are responding to how everyone is viewing you then you have let others decide your fate but if you are out there going against the grain and no body knows how you are but you and how you react to negativity is you then the 90% depends solely upon you and you only.

When ever I am not for sure how a meeting is going to turn out or what blessings I will foresee that day I usually pray this prayer and the Lord always sends me a clear sign that I am going in the right direction.

Psalm 90:17
May the favor of the Lord our God rest on us; establish the work of our hands for us-yes, establish the work of our hands.
