2 Tbsp of hummus

Lunch
Eat Out (make sure you pay attention to your serving size and your calories…If you decide to have a cheat lunch and you want that Chili dog make sure you don’t eat the fries..have a side salad with low-cal dressing)

Snack
0% fat Greek yogurt

Dinner
Penne with Chicken Marengo
2 cups of broccoli

Note:If you find yourself getting hungry, hit the produce aisle. Think outside the celery stick: fresh veggies come in all colors, flavors, and crunch levels. Better yet, they fill you up without packing on pounds
