Snack
1 piece of string cheese
0% fat Greek yogurt

Lunch
The I-Am-Not-Eating-Salad Salad
1 apple

Snack
10 cherry tomatoes
1 Luna Bar

Dinner
Tofu Stir-Fry
2 cups of broccoli
1 cup of brown rice

Note: for everyone that don’t eat Tofu you can always have a chicken stir fry or just a vegetable stir fry over some brown rice. To get flavor into my brown rice I always sauteed onions and garlic and brown rice together and then add chicken stock.
