It is that time again for your weekend challenge. I know getting through the week can be rough at times but now you should see some changes in your weight and inches, so all the rough times should be all worth it. This weekend I want you to make sure to stay within your 1500 calories and try to incorporated your cheat meal into that count. Figure out ways you can come some of your calories out of your cheat meals, for example if you love pasta, well get a high fiber pasta with 5g or more on your nutrition label or try buckwheat pasta of if you love hamburgers try it wrapped in lettuce instead of a hamburger bun that is worth 200+ calories.
