This brings a whole new meaning to PIZZA NIGHT!! This gives a great example of how you can still enjoy those things you love, but just changing them up a bit to make it more focused towards being healthier.
Slice up your Zucchini, and pat the water out, you can grill them first if you want them thick, but i like them this, so i just spoon a little pizza sauce, add a little cheese, and then your choice of toppings, I prefer just pepperoni on these. Then bake at 425 for about 10 minutes, or until done, just keep an eye on it. It will vary on time depending on thickness.
