Jeanette Jenkins speaks….People wake up with the intention to workout and eat healthy but without a plan you are making things harder on yourself. If you wait until you are hungry to decide what to eat then you will often grab the closest available food and usually is not a healthy option. Bring your healthy food with you to work and you won’t be stressed. Schedule your workouts just like any important meeting, this is the 30-60 minutes meeting for your health. You have to pay yourself first by taking care of yourself or eventually you will hit empty and then come the health problems.
