Soul Chicken

6 Boneless-Skinless Thighs
1/2 cup Maple Syrup
1/4 cup Dijon Mustard
1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar

Season chicken to taste with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. In a bowl combine maple syrup, dijon, and rice vinegar. Coat chicken in mixture and place in baking pan. Bake for 40 minutes uncovered, basting at half way point. Place under broiler for 5 minutes to caramelize. Let rest for 10 minutes and top with remaining sauce. Finish with fresh rosemary.
