jumprope-02-fiss431Jumping rope at a moderate pace—one at which you break a light sweat and can carry on a conversation, but your breath is quickened and you wouldn’t be able to sing—will burn about 107 calories in 10 minutes; add in some fast-paced intervals to torch even more. And if you can’t jump for 10 minutes straight,  that’s okay. Start off at 10 seconds and then work your way up!!! Increase your time by 10 seconds interval and watch how quickly you get up to a 1 minute.
