Morning Inspiration…I DECLARE Ephesians 3:20 over my life. GOD will do exceedingly, abundantly above all that I ask or think. Because I honor Him, His blessings will change my down and overtake me. I will be in the right place at the right time. People will go out of their way to be good to me. I am surrounded by GOD’s favor this is my declaration.
Had to share this sermon by TD Jakes…it was passed along to me and now I must pass it along to all of you…its pretty lengthy but it is well worth the listen
Morning Inspiration…..I never knew how affected I could be when the one person you could depend on pulls the rug from under you and let it be known that you can’t depend on that one person either….One thing that I have always been good at is saying I’m Fine but feel like all of these other things are happening to me inside of my body, mind and soul. When ever I feel like saying I’m Fine I always go to this scripture.
Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go.
As I reflect on my day I would like to wish you all a Merry Christmas…Every Christmas I am blessed to have a family that takes time out of their busy schedules that get together to exchange gifts and eat breakfast with one another. This year the hostess with the mostess was my very own Bigmama. Today we read Luke 2:1-21
In those days Caesar Augustus issued a decree that a census should be taken of the entire Roman world. 2 (This was the first census that took place while[a] Quirinius was governor of Syria.) 3 And everyone went to their own town to register.
4 So Joseph also went up from the town of Nazareth in Galilee to Judea, to Bethlehem the town of David, because he belonged to the house and line of David. 5 He went there to register with Mary, who was pledged to be married to him and was expecting a child. 6 While they were there, the time came for the baby to be born, 7 and she gave birth to her firstborn, a son. She wrapped him in cloths and placed him in a manger, because there was no guest room available for them.
8 And there were shepherds living out in the fields nearby, keeping watch over their flocks at night. 9 An angel of the Lord appeared to them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were terrified. 10 But the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid. I bring you good news that will cause great joy for all the people. 11 Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord. 12 This will be a sign to you: You will find a baby wrapped in cloths and lying in a manger.”
13 Suddenly a great company of the heavenly host appeared with the angel, praising God and saying, “Glory to God in the highest heaven,
and on earth peace to those on whom his favor rests.”
15 When the angels had left them and gone into heaven, the shepherds said to one another, “Let’s go to Bethlehem and see this thing that has happened, which the Lord has told us about.”
16 So they hurried off and found Mary and Joseph, and the baby, who was lying in the manger. 17 When they had seen him, they spread the word concerning what had been told them about this child, 18 and all who heard it were amazed at what the shepherds said to them. 19 But Mary treasured up all these things and pondered them in her heart. 20 The shepherds returned, glorifying and praising God for all the things they had heard and seen, which were just as they had been told.
21 On the eighth day, when it was time to circumcise the child, he was named Jesus, the name the angel had given him before he was conceived.
And then we were reminded of all the gifts that Jesus Christ gave to us Peace, Joy, Love and Hope.
Love must be sincere. Hate what is evil; cling to what is good. 10 Be devoted to one another in love. Honor one another above yourselves. 11 Never be lacking in zeal, but keep your spiritual fervor, serving the Lord. 12 Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer. 13 Share with the Lord’s people who are in need. Practice hospitality.
14 Bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse. 15 Rejoice with those who rejoice; mourn with those who mourn. 16 Live in harmony with one another. Do not be proud, but be willing to associate with people of low position. Do not be conceited.
17 Do not repay anyone evil for evil. Be careful to do what is right in the eyes of everyone. 18 If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone. 19 Do not take revenge, my dear friends, but leave room for God’s wrath, for it is written: “It is mine to avenge; I will repay,”says the Lord. 20 On the contrary:
“If your enemy is hungry, feed him;
if he is thirsty, give him something to drink.
In doing this, you will heap burning coals on his head.”
21 Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.
Morning Inspiration…..Living in the word of God is something that we should do a little bit better. Living in the word of God will have you walking, talking, singing, praising, loving and treating our neighbors a little bit better.
24 “The God who made the world and everything in it is the Lord of heaven and earth and does not live in temples built by human hands. 25 And he is not served by human hands, as if he needed anything. Rather, he himself gives everyone life and breath and everything else. 26 From one man he made all the nations, that they should inhabit the whole earth; and he marked out their appointed times in history and the boundaries of their lands. 27 God did this so that they would seek him and perhaps reach out for him and find him, though he is not far from any one of us. 28 ‘For in him we live and move and have our being. As some of your own poets have said, ‘We are his offspring.”-Act 17:24-28
Father, thank You for promotion. Thank You for ordering my steps and leading me on the right path. Today I choose to honor and respect everyone, and in turn, I choose to honor You in Jesus’ name. Amen.-Joel & Victoria Osteen
Today, I believe that my steps were ordered in a specific way. I had lunch today alone and I ate at a place where I could not talk on the phone or get on the internet, which was different because I always surf or make business call during my lunch time, so I am thanking GOD for whatever conversation or information on the internet I didn’t hear or see Thank you and I am also thank GOD for allow me to have a relaxing lunch it felt good and it gave me time to enjoy myself and be in the moment.
