This warm waffle and cool yogurt combo is a delicious sit-down meal that’s ready in less than 5 minutes. Too sweet for the morning? Serve it as an after-dinner dessert.

  • Prepare 2 frozen whole grain waffles according to package directions
  • Top each waffle with ¼ c nonfat plain yogurt
  • Add 1 Tbsp slivered almonds, ¼ c fresh raspberries, and ½ Tbsp pure maple syrup

I get to have my curves and love my body and feel good and healthy all at the same time while everyone that see me always ask what do you eat or what did you do to loose your weight and keep it off….and I always tell them its always about finding a balance. In the words of Jeanette Jenkins eat well right M-Thurs and treat yourself Fri-Sun. Now don’t go crazy on Fri-Sun but treat your self one day at a time and one time during those days.
