celeryMorning Inspiration….finding a balance is very important when it comes to living a healthy lifestyle. I love food just as much as the next person but finding a balance is makes it so worth while. I get to have my curves and love my body and feel good and healthy all at the same time while everyone that see me always ask what do you eat or what did you do to loose your weight and keep it off….and I always tell them its always about finding a balance. In the words of Jeanette Jenkins eat well right M-Thurs and treat yourself Fri-Sun. Now don’t go crazy on Fri-Sun but treat your self one day at a time and one time during those days.
