Day 2 Detox

day 2 detoxToday was harder than I expected since my mind was playing tricks on me. But I stayed focus on my Detox and this is what I ate. For breakfast I had a bowl of fruit (watermelon, cherries, cantaloupe, honeydew, and grapes), for lunch I had a Vegan mushroom burger sitting on sauteed kale from Veggie Grill in Long Beach with jalapenos on top, red onions, grilled onions, tomato, pickles, and lettuce with a side of red cabbage slaw, then I had two snacks back to back pistachios (1.5oz), green apple with peanut butter and for dinner I had a Green smoothie. I am expected tomorrow to be a better day with some different choices. and No No No I will not be eating that Vegan mushroom burger again it just made me want a Turkey burger even more, that was a horrible substitution.

Here is Day 2 Tip for Loosing it Right Keeping it Tight exercise that will help you get beach ready for the 1st day of SUMMER!!!

WIPER PLANKWiper Plank

Targets back, abs, obliques,butt, and legs

  • Start on floor in plank position, balancing on forearms and toes, elbows directly under shoulders. Clasp hands together.
  • Lift right leg behind you as high as you can, then lower it without touching toes to floor and bring it out to right side.
  • Return right leg to center, then repeat without touching toes to floor.
  • Do 10 to 12 reps. Switch legs and repeat
