Day 4 Thursday Meal

Berry Wafflewich
0% fat Greek yogurt

15 snap peas
2 Tbsp of hummus

Gobbleguac Sandwich
1 apple

1 banana
1 piece of string cheese

Steamed Snapper with Pesto
1 cup of brown rice
2 cups of broccoli

Note: For breakfast you can have a regular waffle (frozen with some berries on top or a blueberry pancake) and for the Gobbleguac Sandwich that is just a fancy name for a turkey avocado sandwich on whole grain bread but whole wheat will do fine as long as your bread together don’t go over 100 calories or for a treat just go get a turkey avocado sandwich from subway they have $4 lunch specials.

Detox….day 4

day 4 detoxToday is Day 4… was the hump for me. I felt a little whoosie today like I was on a roller coaster ride I guess my body is transitioning to a natural digestion state with all natural sugars. I also ate a lot more today I had my favorite green smoothie this am for breakfast, pistachios for snack, a tomato basil soup for lunch, banana, a variety of nuts, nuts with jalapeno seasoning and a salad with walnuts, dried cranberries, avocados with a vinaigrette with a side of avocado for dinner…yum!!! Tomorrow is day 5 I am going to walk the hill tomorrow with Shawntae Hines with some jump rope in the evening….Can’t wait to see what Day 5 is going to bringcampbells tomato basil soup

Here is Day 4 Tip for Loosing it Right Keeping it Tight exercise that will help you get beach ready for the 1st day of SUMMER!!!


Targets shoulders, back, abs,obliques, and hamstrings

  • Stand with feet hip-width apart, elbows bent out to sides and hands touching behind head; keeping back flat, hinge forward from hips so that upper body is parallel to floor.
  • Rotate torso to face right. Pause, return to center, pause again, then rotate to left to complete 1 rep.
  • Do 10 to 12 reps.
