peanut butterIn a blender, process 1 sliced banana, 1/4 cup quick-cooking oats, 1/4 cup nonfat plan Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup 1 percent milk, 1/2 cup crushed ice, 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter, 1 tsp maple syrup and a pinch of nutmeg until smooth.

disciplineMorning Inspiration…I am working on discipline…it is easy to control somethings while hard to get started on others. I am challenging all of you to do something that has been so hard to accomplished for the next 21 days, so we can work on our disciplines

Discipline is a form of controlling your thoughts. Sometimes you find yourself in situations and wonder how you’ve gotten yourself into a particular situation. If only you wold have taken a moment/few seconds to think about it all before the fact, things would have turned out different. God gives us things that we should and shouldn’t do, some are easy to follow and some are hard. Just as a parent tells a kid not to do something, God tells us for a great reason, we won’t understand until later. He tells us no lies and only has our best interest.
