Shaun TDo each exercise for 1min for a 5min extra burn! TO BE DONE IN ADDITION to your normal workout!

1. Shuffle turn squat
2. Rotational jump touch the floor
3. Squat to plank
4. Squat to plank rotational jump
5. Push ups
