Just wanted to share how Jumpiing Jacks, Lunges and Squats can really give you the lift that you need!!! So if your butt is looking sad or you have those saddle bags work your way up to 100 reps on each and then when you are there place some 5lbs weights on your ankles and hit these three moves again to tone it up!!! Jumping Jacks work the medius, lunges work the maximus and squats work the minimus….now lets work all three…10minutes a day is all you need!!!!
